Notes on prices:
Prices shown, include Florida taxes, the property cleaned before and after your departure. We are sometimes able to offer a reduction on late bookings, but with full payment at time of booking. We can offer discounts for stays of 4 weeks and longer. Discounts will be offered to returning guests.

Booking Info:
Credit card payments accepted through Paypal, or our management company in Orlando
On verification of availability we will forward a booking form with a request to return this completed along with a deposit of £150 to secure your booking which, following inspection of our home will be refunded (approx 2 - 3 weeks)
Changeover day:
Arrival must be after 4pm
Departure must be before 10am
Length of stay can be any duration.
